Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the coaching services and programs provided by Uncommon Journey Empowerment Coaching Services. By scheduling or attending any coaching session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Services Provided

Virtual group coaching services are provided to support your personal growth, career development, and relationships. These services are not a substitute for professional mental health services, medical treatment, or counseling. If you require medical or psychological advice, please seek the assistance of a licensed professional.


2. Coaching Sessions

  • Scheduling: Coaching sessions will be scheduled in advance based on mutual availability. Sessions will be conducted via [video conferencing platform] or phone. 
  • Duration: Each session typically lasts one to two hours, depending on the selected program, unless otherwise agreed upon. Any extension beyond the allotted time will be billed as a separate session.
  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. If you fail to provide sufficient notice, you may be charged the full session fee.


3. Fees and Payments

  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made prior to the coaching session or as per the agreed payment plan. Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, etc.
  • Refunds: Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. If a package of sessions is purchased and not fully used, refunds may be provided at the Company’s discretion, less any administrative fees.


4. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions. However, confidentiality may be waived if there is an indication of risk of harm to yourself or others, or if disclosure is required by law.


5. Client Responsibilities

  • Participation: You are responsible for actively participating in the coaching process. Results are not guaranteed, and progress depends on your commitment to follow through with the goals and action plans discussed during sessions.
  • Technology Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that you have access to a reliable internet connection, webcam, and microphone (if applicable) to participate in the sessions. Technical difficulties on your side that disrupt sessions may not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.


6. Coach Responsibilities

The coach agrees to provide support, feedback, and guidance based on their expertise. The coach will use reasonable skill and care in delivering coaching services but does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of coaching services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, emotional distress, or any other losses.


8. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate coaching services if it believes the coaching relationship is no longer effective or beneficial. You may also choose to terminate services at any time. In such cases, fees for unused sessions in a prepaid package may be refunded, at the discretion of the Company.


9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the coaching sessions, including worksheets, exercises, and resources, are the intellectual property of the Company. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without the Company’s prior written consent.


10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to mediation or arbitration, as agreed by both parties.


11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.


12. Amendments

Uncommon Journey Empowerment Coaching Services reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or our website, and continued use of the services will indicate your acceptance of the revised terms.

Refund Policy

At Uncommon Journey Empowerment Coaching Services, we are committed to providing high-quality group coaching programs designed to foster personal growth, professional development, and meaningful change. Due to the nature of the program and the resources allocated, we have a strict no-refund policy. Please review the details carefully.


1. No Refund Policy


  • Program Fees: Once you have enrolled in the group coaching program and payment has been processed, all fees are non-refundable. This includes both full payments and any installment payments.
  • Commitment to the Program: By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge your commitment to the entire duration of the coaching program and understand that success is dependent on your participation and engagement.


2. Program Cancellation by the Company

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your enrollment to a future program at no additional cost.


3. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected personal emergencies or life events may arise. In such rare cases, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and only partial refunds may be offered at the sole discretion of Uncommon Journey Empowerment Coaching Services. Documentation of the circumstances may be required.


4. Transfer of Enrollment

If you are unable to participate in the program after registration, you may transfer your spot to another individual or defer your participation to the next cohort (if applicable). This must be arranged prior to the start of the program, and requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


5. Payment Plans

If you have opted for a payment plan, all payments are required to be made on schedule, even if you choose to discontinue your participation in the program. Failure to complete payment may result in the suspension of your access to the program and associated resources.


6. Access to Materials

Upon enrollment, you will receive access to program materials, group sessions, and any other resources included. Refunds will not be provided based on non-use of these materials, as access to them is considered part of the program fee.


7. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled participants, and continued participation in the program will indicate your acceptance of the revised terms.
