Dr. Sonia L. Davidson has over 29 years of experience in higher education, motivation, and coaching. She is a seasoned professional who has worked with organizations, individuals, work groups, teams, and more on training and development initiatives. She recently expanded her vision by founding Uncommon Journey Empowerment Coaching Services, an elite coaching ecosystem that offers comprehensive, multi-tiered virtual coaching programs, customized workshops, and gamified coaching.
