An empowerment framework is a structured, research-informed model that guides individuals through self-awareness, mindset development, purposeful action, and measurable growth. Each framework is designed to address a specific area such as identity, resilience, confidence, clarity, or leadership.

Dr. Davidson holds six academic degrees including a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, along with four master's degrees and a bachelor's degree as well. She is currently in a second Doctor of Education program, as well as a Master of Jurisprudence in law program. In addition to this, Dr. Davidson has extensive experience in higher education, coaching, supervision, training, and motivational speaking, and she has developed more than 80 empowerment frameworks and counting. No. While many clients may opt to begin with the Emeralds coaching tier, you can move directly into Rubies or Diamonds if you prefer a more advanced or extended coaching experience.

Emeralds is a focused 50-minute breakthrough session designed to reset your mindset and help you restart your journey with clarity. It includes a guided empowerment exercise, targeted goal-setting, a personalized empowerment strategy, and one foundational framework.

Rubies provides multiple coaching sessions over four consecutive weeks, along with confidence-building tools, personalized assessments, reflective exercises, purpose-driven strategies, affirmations, and highly engaging worksheets that support learning and growth.

Diamonds takes everything from Rubies and expands it into a high-level coaching experience that spans four weeks. It includes extended sessions, deeper framework integration, advanced mindset work, personalized development pathways, and targeted activities. 

Yes. All coaching sessions are held virtually so you can work with Dr. Davidson from anywhere in the world. These sessions are highly engaging and interactive, while allowing you flexibility, comfort, and convenience of your home. As a veteran facilitator with over two decades of experience, Dr. Davidson has mastered the art of instruction and facilitation in all formats.

Results vary depending on your goals and engagement. Many clients experience breakthroughs during the Emeralds session. Rubies and Diamonds clients have reported mindset shifts, confidence growth, and clarity within the first few weeks.

 Yes. Emeralds offers a useful worksheet to help you start effective goal planning with instructions and guidance. Then, Rubies and Diamonds include highly engaging worksheets, exercises, and activities that reinforce learning and support your transformation over the course of the four-week program and beyond. 

You can move into the next tier, schedule follow-up sessions, or transition into the EmpowerPath app for more guided, self-paced empowerment. 

 You can enroll directly through the website by selecting your coaching tier, choosing your appointment date, and following the prompts to complete your enrollment.  

We accept all forms of payment. Also, the good news is that payment plans are available and can be reviewed during enrollment and checkout. In fact, PayPal offers the option to pay in four installments. 

You will immediately receive payment confirmation. Then, you will receive an enrollment confirmation with details of the session date, the Zoom meeting link with instructions, and downloadable materials.
